Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above.

Have more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Those with work experience in industries such as banks, trusts, securities, and third-party institutions are preferred.

Possess strong planning, control, coordinating, and expressive abilities.

Have an understanding of domestic and Hong Kong private equity, and be familiar with the relevant procedures for applying for private equity licenses.

Possess outstanding leadership and management capabilities as well as good management concepts in the financial industry, and be familiar with advanced management models.

Have comprehensive qualities in personnel management, decision-making, public relations, etc., and be good at in-depth communication with others.
